江苏宏远管业有限公司是在姜堰市宏达波纹管厂基础上组建的民营股份制企业。姜堰市宏达波纹管厂创建于上世纪八十年代中期，主要产品为：金属软管，波纹膨胀节，补偿器，与石油、化工、电力、冶金、机械、城市燃气、水泥、造船等行业配套。质量安全可靠，服务及时周到，赢得了众多客户的信任和支持，产品注册了“宏炬”商标。自九十年代起，部分产品配套空分行业，其中杭氧、川空、开封空分等是公司长期协作伙伴。随着企业和市场的发展，2002年在宏达波纹管厂的基础上，组建了江苏宏远管业有限公司，同时，为适应超高压远程输配电（UHV）和电网改造升级的需要，公司开发了GIS产品，配套西电、平高、特变、思源、泰开等高压开关企业。近年，随着LNG行业的迅猛发展，公司响应“清洁能源”和“可持续发展”的发展战略，相继开发了真空软管、低温绝热管道产品、低温潜液泵池、各种过滤器等管线产品，与查特、富瑞、中集安瑞科、盈德、梅塞尔等低温气体行业合作日臻成熟。此，公司形成了三大系列六十多种规格的产品格局。
公司位于姜堰市曙光工业园区，占地20000m2，厂房面积8000m2，员工116人，其中中技术人员16人，中技师45人。公司具备了一定的机加工能力和生产规模，各种检测手段齐全，SF6检测、氦检、光谱、无损检测等一一俱全，公司通过了IS09001质量体系认证，ISO14000环境体系认证。取得了压力容器（D1/D2类）、压力管道元件制造许可资质。
